Book Catalog Small as it may be, this catalog still manages to stay in a state of flux. Take a look at what’s already available, and check back periodically for additions. We apologize that at this stage -- to maintain our breakeven status -- we can only accept orders by snailmail on a pay-as-you-order basis. And to cover all the cost-of-order information you need, we have a separate order form for each book we sell directly. On the upside, you can send multiple order forms in one envelope with one check or money order to pay for the whole lot. We hope to offer shipping to third parties in the near future.
